Standard turnaround time for new orders is 3 business days or less. We will contact you in the event of any delays.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. We ship to the Shipping Address indicated in your order. Please check your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for costs incurred to return and re-ship a purchase to a new address. Your shipping options will be visible upon checkout.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
All ad floreo products are made in and shipped from Canada. Buyers are solely responsible for any customs, brokerage fees and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have any problems with your order after you receive it, contact us within 30 days of receipt; we will respond within two business days.
WHY DON’T YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We are unable to re-sell returned products. There are two reasons for this:
1. We take sanitization seriously. Our products are produced with sterilized equipment in a clean workspace. Once a product has left our home and been opened, we can no longer be sure that it is safe from contamination.
2. Our products are perishable. With proper storage they will last at least one year, but once a product has left our home, we cannot be sure of the conditions in which it was stored and therefore can no longer attest to its shelf-life.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:
-To communicate with you about your order
-To fulfill your order
-When required for legal reasons
